Do I need to install a driver?
No. Meetion keyboards and mice run on the standard Windows and macOS drivers — plug them in and they work.
Configuration software is optional: use it only if you want to remap buttons, change DPI stages or control lighting. See the downloads available for your model.
What does the Meetion warranty cover?
Every Meetion product carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date.
Normal wear, accidental damage and unauthorised repair are not covered.
How do I return a product?
Products purchased on this site can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be in their original condition and packaging.
Send us your order number and we will take it from there — contact support.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open Your orders — each order shows its current status, line items and delivery address. Once the parcel ships, the tracking number and carrier link appear on the same page.
Order and after-sales status can also be checked without signing in on the after-sales tracking page.
